Who is your culinary inspiration?My grandma, she cooked with a midwestern sensibility and a love for fine cuisine. We ate at fine restaurants in France, England and Chicago together and expectations were always high.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would invest some in my daughter’s education, and there is a local community center with an unused cafe space. I’d love to try a simple healthy community takeaway concept where my daughter plays.
