Receive Text UpdatesMy signature dish would be a red velvet cake recipe that has been passed down through my family. This is not your normal red velvet as it does not have a cream cheese frosting, nor should it.
Who is your culinary inspiration?I have two culinary inspirations. The first is Emeril Lagasse, I love his enthusiasm and just the way he cooks and a kitchen. My second culinary inspiration is my dad. He always encouraged me to learn what interested me most and his love of cooking was passed down to me. Between both of these men I developed a love and a passion for being in the kitchen.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would take this $25,000 and put it towards starting my own restaurant. The theme would be dishes from around the world served from the Rocky mountains with a Twist of Oklahoma. There would also be a bakery aspect for fresh breads and pastries.
