Receive Text UpdatesThere are so many, but I do make a mean pasta bolognese and my pot roast with all the trimming including homemade mac and cheese never fails. The last time I cooked for my daughter and her friends I did a Mediterranean feast including spanakopita's, toum, chicken thighs, lemon garlic potatoes, cucumber salad, olives, tahini sauce, roasted broccoli and cauliflower all from scratch.
Who is your culinary inspiration?I learned some basic baking skills from my grandmother Kathleen as a child, and as a late teen discovered food network and learned more skills such as a cutting skills, etc. I mostly have taught myself and love to discover new recipes and adapt them to my personal taste.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would give some money to my mother and take care of business. Life is expensive. Lol! Perhaps buy some new pots and pans as my have lived a lifetime.
