Receive Text UpdatesI do not have a signature dish because I appreciate many types of food for different reasons. As a culinary educator, I value dishes that bring people together, reflect culture, and inspire creativity. I enjoy meals that balance flavor, technique, and presentation while still feeling comforting and meaningful. For me, food is more than just eating—it is about connection, learning, and creating memorable experiences.
Who is your culinary inspiration?It’s hard to pinpoint what inspires me because I learn from many people and experiences. As a culinary educator, I am inspired by hardworking chefs, teachers, students, and family traditions that show passion, creativity, and dedication. I admire individuals who continue learning, help others grow, and use food to bring people together. These different influences motivate me to keep improving, teaching, and creating meaningful experiences through cooking.
What would you do with the $25,000?If I won, I would use the money to create meaningful experiences for my children by taking them to another country on a food tour so we could explore different cultures, traditions, and cuisines together. I would also invest in expanding my culinary kitchen to create more opportunities for teaching, creativity, and hands-on learning experiences for my students and community.
