Who is your culinary inspiration?My great grandmother taught me that food was never just about feeding people — it was about love, resilience, and making something beautiful out of very little. She could take the simplest ingredients and turn them into meals that brought everyone to the table smiling. Her hard work, strength, and ability to cook with heart through difficult times inspired the way I approach food today. Every dish I create carries a piece of her spirit — honest, comforting, and made with care.
What would you do with the $25,000?If I won $25,000, the first thing I would do is make sure my family is secure and taken care of. I’d pay off bills, create stability for my children, and give my wife and family the peace of mind we’ve worked so hard for. After that, I would invest in my future by purchasing a small piece of land and beginning the foundation of my dream — a farm-to-table business built on fresh ingredients, hard work, and community.
