My lemon lavender tart is a perfect dessert on a spring/summer day. I use fresh lavender from my garden to make this dish pop.
Who is your culinary inspiration?I love celebrity chefs but when I think about my favorite dishes those come from my mom and grandma's. I love elevating their dishes that I grew up eating and it brings back to a happy memory when making their dishes. My family is everything to me.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would build a greenhouse/make upgrades to our current garden. Create a farm stand so that I can sell my local produce and products. Buying local is such a great feeling and being able to share my local products with others would be great.
