Who is your culinary inspiration?My grandma. She is the best chef in the world, at least to me. She does not need to measure anything, and everything tastes amazing. I moved to the USA. However, I brought her recipes in my suitcase, and I try now and then to cook them. They can be so far away, but I brought her sazon with me
What would you do with the $25,000?Visit my family, pay some debts, save the rest of the money to start a small business like a food truck, and try to get people to know food from Nicaragua.
