Who is your culinary inspiration?My family and community. My dad & mom opened Dons Deli & market and fed the community as much as they could with limited kitchen resources. Which is what I work with now. I love creating baked goods and dishes that are comforting & thoughtful.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would open the empty restaurant next door to The deli or expand the deli so there would be a kitchen to cook in and indoor seating.
