Who is your culinary inspiration?Well, if I'm being honest, my mother, who was an absolutely fabulous cook and chef. In the circle of famous chefs, Julia Child, Emeril, and Ina Garten. And, of course, cooking the best and most delicious meals for my family and friends provides great inspiration.
What would you do with the $25,000?I'd actually love to open a small brick and mortar that serves fresh daily soups, quiches, and whimsical sandwiches. Alternatively, a food truck sounds fun, with three generations of family owning and operating.
