Who is your culinary inspiration?I truly enjoy all cooks as I learn something from each of them! I do like chef Ramsay but also Jamie Oliver and many more chefs in my province of Nova Scotia such as Chef Malcolm Campbell
What would you do with the $25,000?Take my entire family and closest friends on a trip to a tropical destination something I have never done but couldn’t think of a better way to enjoy my family and have a splendor of fine dining!
