My signature dish is my gumbo. I use chicken, shrimp and andouille sausage. This dish has a whole lotta love and spice in it.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My culinary inspiration is Emeril Lagasse. I grew up watching Emeril on the Food Network and learned so much from him. I developed a love for cooking because of him.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would use the $25,000 to invest in my wine and cheese shop by paying for my husband to complete his WSET, and upgrading appliances. I would also like to take my children on a vacation since we have not been able to do as much together since opening our business.
