Receive Text UpdatesI grew up in a big, fat Greek family and enjoy sharing my culture. Every Christmas, I make (and give) more than 250 pieces of baklava to my neighbors and friends.
Who is your culinary inspiration?I can’t pick just one. I enjoy anything from America’s Test Kitchen. I’m a big fan of the food writers at The New York Times (particularly Sam Sifton, Lidey Heuck and Mark Bittman.) I also get Greek-inspiration from Diane Kochilas.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would use the money to travel to countries to learn more about different food and cultures.
