What would you do with the $25,000?That is a loaded question! I would donate most of it. $5k to the local animal rescue I work with (Tyson's Chance Animal Foundation) . Another $5k to the local food pantry. $5k for any High School student (past or present) who wants to go to Sullivan University's Culinary program in Louisville, KY. The rest I would split between savings for my daughter, pay off some of my credit card debt, and splurge on a European or MIssissippi riverboat cruise.
