Receive Text UpdatesMy signature dish would be a salad with farm fresh ingredients (summer sweet corn, candy onions, fresh greens, heirloom tomatoes), a homemade balsamic herb dressing, and juicy, seasoned chicken breast. Simple but delicious. A dish I've made many times for others and was a favorite of my Dad's.
Who is your culinary inspiration?I have spent the past 20+ years of my life indulging in Food Network, Top Chef, Chef's Table and many other food shows to learn from the most talented chefs out there. I have garnered inspiration from across the board. Ina Garten taught me some of the basics, Anthony Bourdain taught me about culture, Bobby Flay taught me about perseverance, and so many others that have proved that food and cooking can be so much fun and still be simple and delicious at the same time.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would put it towards buying our forever farm or using it to make some improvements around the farm. I would probably use a chunk to stock my pantry as well, I am a mom of five and my kids are adventurous eaters, which makes cooking at home even more fun.
