I try something different with every dish I make. I just love to cook in general. It brings me the most joy
Who is your culinary inspiration?I can’t say I have one. I love to combine and gather culinary artists different skills and techniques to create my own inspiration.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would use this money to help pay off student loans from culinary school as well as invest a part of it to my future business of a traveling food truck
