I would say seafood macaroni and cheese! Although I’m a seasonal chef and enjoy to make almost any dish!
Who is your culinary inspiration?My grandmother without a doubt. From waking up smelling eggs and bacon, to coming home seeing her over the stove with a pot of greens and that sweet nutty aroma of sweet potato pies cooking in the oven. She inspires me till this day even though she’s gone.
What would you do with the $25,000?When I win the prize money, I’m going to pay all my bills so I’m comfortable and plan a vacation for my son and my twin daughters. Whatever is left over I plan on starting up my own restaurant. But my primary focus is to enjoy time with my kids.
