Who is your culinary inspiration?I’ve worked for some really great chefs in my time. They taught me what it truly meant to be a chef. Discipline, focus, love for your team and the food you bring to the table.
What would you do with the $25,000?I really need a new vehicle, my partners car is breaking down and I would give my car to him and purchase a new one. I will also donate a portion of my winnings to answers for life to feed the babies. As a chef I feel it’s so important to feed people and I truly believe in this charity as it helps young parents with the cost of diapers, formula, and wipes.
