Honestly, anything that has to do with a steak or skin on fish, I’M KILLIN IT! I do love a good garlic rosemary steak, dutch potatoes, and broccoli though.
Who is your culinary inspiration?I am. I didn’t go to culinary school. I was given a chance by someone who believed in me and I kept learning and growing from there.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would put it towards this vegan brunch/bakery that my mom has always dreamed of opening. We’d be partners and I’d get to master yet another cuisine/style of cooking.
