Who is your culinary inspiration?Massimo Bottura inspires the creative side: the idea that food can have memory, emotion, humour, and story behind it. He doesn’t just cook “perfect food”; he takes something familiar and makes you think about it differently. Chef Paul McGreevy inspires the discipline side. He’s funny and sarcastic, but he also expects high standards. His biggest influence would be keeping things clean, focused, and not overcomplicating the plate.
What would you do with the $25,000?With $25,000, I would invest it directly into my future as a chef. I’m planning to go to Italy soon, and one of my biggest goals is to attend ALMA, the international culinary school there. That money would help me pay for tuition, travel, housing, and the cost of living while I study.
