Receive Text UpdatesThis question stumped me because picking a single dish let alone cuisine. I've been know as the chef who gets to bring what they want because all of my food is good. Im not known for anything specific.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My Culinary inspiration most definitely has to be Julia Childs and Chef Prudhomme. I grew up watching them on TV as a little girl and loved the diversity of the dishes they cooked. My parents and great grandmother gave me space to learn and explore.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would invest in my vegan and vegetarian catering company to have a better out reach for more clients and obtain resources to help my customers with sustainability.
