Who is your culinary inspiration?My Dad!Growing up, my father worked in the merchant navy and traveled all around the world. Whenever he came home, he would bring those experiences back through food, cooking us dishes from different cultures and cuisines. Through him, I was introduced to a world of flavors, traditions, and creativity in cooking. He sparked my passion for exploring cuisines .
What would you do with the $25,000?If I won the $25,000, I would give some to charity to help people in need. I would also take a holiday with my children so we could spend quality time together, making new memories, and enjoy a fun food trail trying different cuisines. The experience and quality time with my family would mean the most to me.
