Who is your culinary inspiration?My first mentor in the culinary world, Chef Satish Shenoy. He is someone who truly insipired me to think outside the box. He is a true pioneer, leader and a mastermind! I have always tried to emulate him as Ive grown in this field.
What would you do with the $25,000?The money gets divided in 3 parts. I will donate 10,000 to a The Burnt Chef Project which is a global social enterprise dedicated to eradicating mental health stigma in the hospitality industry by providing free support, education, and training. I will invest 10,000 in dividend stocks. I will splurge the remaining 5,000 and upgrade the kitchen in my newly purchased condo and make it 🔥!
