There are so many dishes close to my heart, but rich, velvety Butter Chicken and sweet-savoury Parsi Sali Marghi (Chicken) are probably my favourites. They represent the kind of food I love most: luxurious, yet comforting, made to bring people together.

What would you do with the $25,000?I’d invest in creating an exquisite cookbook that blends Indian and Western flavors, woven together with recipes and stories from the women in my family. A recipe is more than just instructions...it is memory, storytelling, and love, and I want the book to feel like all of this.
