Who is your culinary inspiration?My great-grandmother, other hardworking Chefs I’ve had the privilege to work next to, and mentors that taught me primitive cooking techniques, foraging, and responsible hunting & fishing. They have all played parts and shaped who I am, and the dishes I create.
