Who is your culinary inspiration?I’m inspired by chefs who make food feel exciting but accessible—like Anthony Bourdain for his storytelling and realness, and Ina Garten for her ability to elevate simple ingredients. I also draw inspiration from everyday people and local food scenes—those hidden gems and small business owners who cook with heart, creativity, and authenticity.
What would you do with the $25,000?I’d invest it into building something of my own—developing a small food concept or pop-up that reflects my style and flavors. I’d upgrade my equipment, refine my menu, and create content to grow my brand. It would be a launchpad to turn my passion into a sustainable business and connect with a bigger audience through food.
