Receive Text UpdatesAs with every other competent chef my signature dish has transformed greatly. I really specialize in a type of food, brought together with both traditional methods and techniques married to today’s technical skills. My beef brisket is one of the best you will ever experience.
Who is your culinary inspiration?I grew up watching Alise Waters, and went to culinary school during the time food network was Americas favorite tv. I seen and met alot of the TV chefs. I actually worked for Morrimotos. One if the best experiences of my life.
What would you do with the $25,000?15 years in the making, this year I actually launch my brand. If I win I will use the funds to help build the brand further and empower the company to train and hire people here locally and give the underdogs a chance to succeed .
