Who is your culinary inspiration?All of the early 2000s iron chefs (Morimoto, Cora, Flay), as well as Gordon Ramsey, Tom Colicchio and the Voltaggio brothers.
What would you do with the $25,000?My oldest daughter is finishing her junior year in high school and wants to attend CIA like I did. I’d love to use the winnings to put her through school so she can have a head start on the industry with a great education.
