Who is your culinary inspiration?I have multiple culinary inspiration. Each chef has their own tang to their meals or desserts that I couldn’t just choose one.
What would you do with the $25,000?If I won the 25k I would open up my own Spanish restaurant. There’s so many but not as good as my family’s food I believe, so I would love to share it with my city and state real authentic Hispanic food.
