Who is your culinary inspiration?There have been several figures that inspire my culinary journey , starting with my Aunt and Grandma, then my culinary instructors at college, after, several Chefs including: Carla Hall, Virgilio Martinez, Thomas Keller, Anthony Bourdain, Paul Bocuse, Alain Ducasse, Ferran Adria, Heston Blumenthal, Eric Rippert, Marco Pierre White, Then Most of the Chefs that I have been lucky to share some of the best kitchens I have been part of specially here in NYC.
What would you do with the $25,000?That will be the seed of a new beginning for me, maybe a food truck? maybe a small cafe? Definitely a place where I can showcase the flavors of the world with a Colombian Soul, I feel inspired for my roots, but as well for the extensive number of cultures that I have had the fortune to see and taste throughout years of sailing the seven seas cooking on cruise Ships, anyway, I will get the $25k and It will be well invested, I will make sure of that!
