What is your signature dish?

It’s teriyaki marinade salmon, with pineapple mango salsa, asparagus, and sautéed mushrooms and a pineapple foam

Who is your culinary inspiration?

My culinary inspiration is my father because he is also a chef and worked in the culinary industry.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would take care of some debt in order to start the process of opening my own business and do a pop event of some of my favorite dishes.
