Who is your culinary inspiration?I have so many chefs that I follow and watch. Nancy Silverton is probably my go to...the passion she has and how hard she still works....inspiring!! My grandmother is the other, simple fresh ingredients made into something you crave is the best! My customers are what drives me! Love it when they enjoy the food I've made...makes me want to do it better each time!
What would you do with the $25,000?Maybe a new stove! Definitely improvements to my lil cafe! It was built in 1891 so she's got some age on her! An upgrade is definitely in order!
