Who is your culinary inspiration?Gordon Ramsay but I love watching all the cooking shows I always love learning new things
What would you do with the $25,000?I’d like to get a food truck or open up a pop-up shop where people could dine outside I’m always doing events, but it’s hard to take the commercial kitchen with me. I love giving back to the community by joining these of them so if I could bring it to them, I would be grateful just for that, and it would help me expand. I just won’t be able to give my kids a future that I can pass on down to them.
