My signature dish is a white wine spaghetti where the pasta cooks directly in a full bottle of wine, creating an intense, layered flavor. I pair it with lemon butter, creamy goat cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, basil, and blackened chicken. It perfectly represents my style: elevated comfort food that feels luxurious, memorable, and still approachable.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My biggest culinary inspiration was chef Christine Robinson. She believed in my cooking ability early on and encouraged me to pursue a future in food before I fully believed in myself. After losing her, my adopted brother John continued pushing me to share my food with others and eventually convinced me to become a content creator. Their encouragement helped me realize food wasn’t just a passion.. it could become my purpose.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would invest in culinary workshops, professional equipment, and building my food content platform into a long-term career. I want to continue creating bold, elevated comfort food while inspiring home cooks to step outside their comfort zones and see cooking as something creative, exciting, and achievable.
