When I was 10 yrs old, I wanted to cook for my father who was being discharged from the hospital, wanted to make him happy, proud and well fed. I cooked Calamari Rice {Arroz con Calamares}, w/ Red Beans, and Baked Chicken. I never had a signature dish . I create recipes in my mind first, imagining flavors, textures and combinations before ever touching a stove. Cooking is my creativity, passion, and love all on one plate. Turning my Imaginations into unforgettable meals.

My Inspirations were my Father, and my Aunt. Both Incredible cooks who are now dearly missed. they once owned restaurants, Known not only for their amazing food but their generosity and love for the people. To them everyone deserved a a hot meal and was welcome to eat. My Aunt became famous for her Latin appetizers; to this day people still rave about their food. Now I see the same passion growing through me. Their famous words always stayed with me" The key to a great cook is a Clean kitch
