I don't have a signature dish yet. Cooking is a new passion and I didn't think to define one. I believe that through this journey, I will discover and define what my signature dish will be.
Who is your culinary inspiration?I can honestly say that my mother never taught me how to cook because I never showed interest. I avoided the kitchen whenever possible, finding cooking exhausting. Instead, I preferred contributing by keeping the house clean so my mother could prepare meals after work. For most of my life, I didn't cook, cleaning was therapeutic.
