I dont have a signature dish I cook what I feel the people want to see or have and thats gotten me pretty far. I'm a Mexican raised in the south and taught French I tend to vary.
Who is your culinary inspiration?Honestly it was the life watching a line come to life and push 3 or 4 hundred people all together its magic.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would do my best to start my own food truck but not just any kind one that would feature an ever evolving menu. And of course I would love to have a tasting a the start of each season.
