It blends bold, comforting flavors with refined presentation—honoring my Filipino roots while showcasing modern culinary technique.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My greatest culinary inspiration is my mother. She taught me that traditional Filipino cooking is rooted in love, patience, and respect for ingredients. Her passion for bringing people together through food continues to influence every dish I create, from comforting classics to elevated private chef experiences.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would use the $25,000 to invest in my private chef business by purchasing professional equipment, expanding my culinary brand, and creating content that showcases traditional Filipino cuisine to a wider audience. It would also help me support community pop-up dinners and mentorship opportunities for aspiring chefs, while honoring the flavors and traditions that inspired me to cook.
