I have a few ; Mint LampChops with pomegranate, Bacon wrapped Bok Choy, Pineapple fried rice made and eaten from a fresh cut pineapple and my Entenmann’s chocolate French toast/ waffles/ pancakes .
Who is your culinary inspiration?My father. I never thought I would continue to cook and enjoy it as much as I am. The many precious times I have watched my father cook our meals and our weekly trips to the supermarket all whole a special place in my life that I am grateful for.
What would you do with the $25,000?As with everything, I definitely will continue cooking. I would earn a degree in Culinary Education at the school in Néw York City where I take classes . I would love to have my own podcast- What’s Cooking in your Pantry ? Everyday food items in your kitchen and let’s make a delicious menu from them . Big ups to all the Home Cooks We Rock . I would like to put together a cook book as well to highlight the use of simple ingredients in the kitchen.
