Who is your culinary inspiration?In all actuality my mother and grandmother's. They all answered my curious question as a youngster eager to learn what I could in the kitchen.
What would you do with the $25,000?Pay off some bills and hopefully secure either a food truck to spread some food love, or as a securing payment for a ghost kitchen that could eventually get me into a brick and mortar place of my own to fulfill a lifelong of owning my own restaurant.
