Who is your culinary inspiration?This is tough I used to think Chef Bobby Flay (became more of an idol) or Chef Augusta Escoffier (the brigade de cuisine modernizing classic French cuisine and the mother sauces), but the more I learn about Chef Anthony Bourdain. Everything I've leaded is near and dear to my heart
What would you do with the $25,000?The $25,000 would be a huge help is establishing the non profit I plan to start. It is going to revolutionize good nutritional foods with flavor and flare hopefully helping the downsize of ultra pasteurized foods consumed nationwide and beyond
