My signature dish is chicken caldo. It’s a very rustic soup that I grew up enjoying when my grandma made it.
Who is your culinary inspiration?I have two culinary inspirations. My maternal grandma and my paternal grandpa. Both were chefs and very strong, loving people.
What would you do with the $25,000?If I won the 25,000 I’d start investing in my business and working to make my dream come true of having my own restaurant and eventually my own restaurant group.
