Who is your culinary inspiration?My biggest culinary inspiration comes from my family and the everyday people I grew up around. Food was never just food it brought people together, created memories, and showed love even during hard times. I’m also inspired by chefs like Carla Hall who bring personality, soul, and authenticity into cooking. I want my food to feel comforting, creative, and real.
What would you do with the $25,000?would use the $25,000 to help bring my food vision to life by investing in my restaurant and food concepts focused on high quality meals at affordable prices. I want to create experiences that make people feel welcome no matter their background. Part of the money would also go toward equipment, branding, and building opportunities that can create jobs and inspire others from communities like mine.
