Who is your culinary inspiration?My Grandma , My Filipino roots and culture. * Restaurant-quality presentation and magazine-style plating from Chef Gordon Ramsay. * Faith and purpose-driven cooking * Wanting to serve and connect with my community through food. Food that can tell a story is what inspires me. I took a few pages from Anthony Bourdain's life style and infused it into mine. Food has to bring a deep connection. I also find my self to be inspired by attention to detail from Chef Gordan Ramsay.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would use the Money to Create New Opportunities for The Next generation of Chefs. Its time for a change in the Culinary Culture. I would use the money to finally make “Joshua’s Kitchen “ come to life. I have a passion to teach the next generation, so my business will be a place where I can teach people the fundamentals of what it takes to be a chef. Cooking is easy, but theres so much more to learn. Being a chef is about having the heart to lead.I want to travel and to learn
