Who is your culinary inspiration?My culinary inspiration comes from my family roots. My mother and grandmother from New Orleans taught me soulful cooking filled with flavor, tradition, and love, while my father and grandmother from Alabama showed me the heart of Southern comfort food and hard work. Together, they shaped my passion for creating dishes that bring people together and tell a story through every bite.
What would you do with the $25,000?With $25,000, I’d invest in a food truck to expand my brand, bring my food to more people, and build a stronger following throughout the city. It would allow me to showcase my New Orleans and Southern roots while creating new opportunities through festivals, events, and catering. At the same time, I’d begin saving and planning for my ultimate goal — opening a building of my own where I can create a lasting culinary legacy for my family and community.
