Who is your culinary inspiration?For culinary inspiration, probably Christian Puglisi from Copenhagen. I got to stage for him. And the natural aspect of his food, use of local ingredients and philosophy on food is wonderful. Relae is still my favorite cookbook to this day.
What would you do with the $25,000?Treat my partner to the best vacation we could ever have. And maybe spend some time with her sister who she doesn’t get to see much as she lives overseas.
