Im going to have to say pizza. I was a pizza cook at a local restaurant for almost 10 years. My family agrees that my zzas are delicious. Sauce and dough from scratch, of course.
Who is your culinary inspiration?I started watching "good eats" when I was little and was always fascinated with how Alton Brown found different ways to use regular things from around the house to make whole meals. My mom also, she fed us with nothing, which, to me was always magic.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would take it and invest in my business, my kids, my home and my community, and if there's any left, myself
