I would say my signature dish is a lemon pepper pasta with parmesan potato wedge fries. It’s something that everyone always asks for and is in the mood for.
Who is your culinary inspiration?There many great chefs in the world. But my inspiration isn’t a chef or baker. It’s my mother. Being who she is, I learned how to cook and bake at a young age. I was amazed at her passion for the things she made from a few simple ingredients.
What would you do with the $25,000?We just purchased a new house after my father-in-law passed away and that took most of our money. I would love to be able to take my wife and her family on a special vacation to spread his ashes. With the remaining money, I would help my family pay off debts and start a new life from scratch without the past hovering over us.
