Who is your culinary inspiration?Honestly...these days ..the next generation. After Covid the industry did a hard reset . The next wave of chefs is going to be fashioned after those of the 50's and 60's. Where hard work , passion and true intuition burn hot and fast over egos and bright lights . Im Thoroughly exited for the industries future in their hands. Im glad to do my part in inspiring their their roots and foundations .
What would you do with the $25,000?I would finally get the "Henderson exit project " off the ground. It's an idea I have to help veterans and felons find their "exits" using food and music. So much of the world tries to cover up what's happening to those that are broken. They'll never find peace that way. They have to find their "exits". The road that will not just bring them peace , but remind them why the universe broke them in the first place. To be lighthouses for those that will need them and
