Who is your culinary inspiration?My culinary inspiration is my first restaurant manager at my first industry job washing dishes. His name is Mike Davis. He gave me the drive and determination to become a chef and had me come train for free on my own time on days off. He kick started it all for me.
What would you do with the $25,000?Invest it into my own kingdom & keeping the dream in view. I would use it to help kickstart my own establishment. In today's world nothing is easy & a little boost would be a true blessing. Always gotta keep the dream in view.
