Who is your culinary inspiration?The women in my family. My Mémère and my mother taught me that food is an act of love, generosity, and care. Every dish I create carries a piece of those lessons forward.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would invest in growing my personal chef business, helping more families access healthy, chef-prepared meals in their homes. The funding would allow me to expand my reach, improve my services, and continue building a business rooted in care, community, and connection through food.
